The Sleeper Stretch is the most important stretch to help reduce posterior capsule stiffness and the pain of Impingement Syndrome.

The key points to notice in this video are that the top shoulder is leaning over the bottom shoulder (like you are sleeping) and the stretch is held for between 10 to 30 seconds.
