Training

Dr.Grabow is a Board Certified Hand to Shoulder Specialist.  He completed an orthopedic surgery residency with extensive training in hand, microvascular, and upper extremity surgery.  He completed an additional year of subspecialty training in Hand & Upper Extremity surgery at the prestigious St.Lukes-Roosevelt Fellowship in Manhattan, one of the oldest and most respected Hand & Upper Extremity fellowships in the country, in addition to Pediatric Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery training at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, Texas.  Dr.Grabow learned the technique of Needle Aponeurotomy from Dr.Charles Eaton in Jupiter, Florida. He has been practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2006.

Philosophy of Care

Dr.Grabow approaches all patients with Dupuytren's contracture on an individual basis. Although he does believe Needle Aponeurotomy (NA) has several advantages over traditional open surgery, Dr.Grabow offers all forms of treatment to his patients and provides a detailed explanation of the benefits and risks of each. While most patients choose percutaneous treatment for their Dupuytren's Contracture when they are given an option, some patients prefer other treatments or are not candidates for the office based procedure.  Ultimately, Dr.Grabow's goal is to ensure each of his patients receives personalized and individual care.
